APW Wyott Manual Gas Griddles feature a 3/4” flat polished steel griddle plate, full 4 qt. grease trough and shut-off valve, welded stainless and aluminized steel construction and 4” adjustable legs. Griddle plate is continuously welded. Field convertible gas regulators.

Manual Control Advantages:
